Customer Service Advisor (sb16547)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to take the next step in their career within, an established dealer group.
You will be responsible for identifying customer needs both face to face and on the telephone. In addition, you will be controlling the throughput of work in the Service Department and also invoicing, therefore communication skills and a good working knowledge of the business will be vital.
Ideally you will have a motor vehicle background and dealership experience.
You will be an enthusiastic, flexible and committed member of the team who is able to use your own initiative.
Some of the group’s dealerships are rated extremely highly for customer service for their brand in the UK so you will continue these fantastic, high standards.
Motor trade experience desired but not essential. Driving license essential.
Basic Salary - £22 k PA DOE and potential OTE £29,500
