Breakdown co-ordinator (SB4)
Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota
Due to continued growth and increased volumes we have a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the customer service team at our dealership in Liverpool.
As the primary point of contact, you will maintain communication with the customer from start to finish of the breakdown and repair process. Once the vehicle has been recovered at the dealership, you will update the customer throughout the day as to whether there is additional work that needs to be carried out and inform them of the costs involved, liaising with the workshop and parts department to obtain regular progress updates. You will provide a full explanation of all work completed on the vehicle.
Customer follow up will also be required, ensuring they were completely satisfied, that their expectations were met, and that any issues are addressed, and their custom is retained.
Working for the retail network, you will receive full product training that will allow you to grow your knowledge of vehicle specifications, finance packages, insurance, accessories, vehicle choice and negotiation to confidently build and close a deal.
